The family of Yeye (Barr) Caroline Adeneye, wife of Otunba Dayo Adeneye (D1) of Prime Time Africa, recently gathered for a private prayer memorial mass to honor the life and legacy of her brother, Osimen Collins Negbenebor, who passed away at the age of 50.

Osimen Collins Negbenebor, born in 1974 in Benin City, Edo State, was a successful businessman and philanthropist known for his kind nature and generosity. He was the first son of the late Michael Negbenebor and Mrs. Eunice Negbenebor, and the only son to Eunice. His father, Sir Michael Negbenebor, was a well-respected personality in old Bendel and Edo State before his demise in 2014.

Collins, as he was fondly called, was deeply involved in his community and faith, serving as an Altar boy at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Benin City and later becoming a member of the Knights of St. John, reflecting his commitment to service and religious devotion. His legacy of kindness, business acumen, and philanthropy will be remembered by all who knew him.

The private prayer memorial mass, held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lagos State, was attended by guests from around the world who came to pay their respects to a man who had made a significant impact on their lives. His wife, Dr. Margaret Negbenebor, and their three sons, Gabriel, Michael, and Samuel Negbenebor, were among those who gathered to celebrate his life.

Yeye (Barr) Caroline Adeneye, her siblings, and relatives were deeply affected by Collins' passing, as he was the only brother and son amongst eight siblings. His death was a devastating blow to the family, and the memorial mass was a testament to the great humanitarian character of Mr. Osimen Collins Negbenebor.

In a statement, Yeye (Barr) Caroline Adeneye said, "My brother Collins was a shining example of kindness, generosity, and success. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the many people he helped. We will miss him dearly, but we take comfort in the memories we shared and the impact he had on our lives."

Osimen Collins Negbenebor's legacy will continue to inspire and motivate those who knew him, and his family will cherish the memories of his life and the impact he had on their lives. May he rest in peace.
