The federal government has announced that it will spend N6.2 billion to train and equip 16,820 youths in smartphone repair in order for them to become financially self-sufficient. According to Vanguard, the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development announced the development on Wednesday, April 6. Sadiya Farouq, the minister who made the revelation while speaking at the launch of the N-Skills (Smart Phone Repairs) Programme in Bauchi, explained that the program is being used to pilot the N-Skills program, which is part of the N-Power non-graduate program.
