Amidst the disruptions and prolonged lockdown occasioned by the global Coronavirus pandemic, resourceful and vivacious woman that has an endearing personality, who qualifies to be identified as a woman of valour, Bola Atta and her team at RedTV recently played phenomenal roles in the production of their new series ‘The Men’s Club’ season 3, which crowned their effort with outstanding applause, despite the social distance guidelines. The Men’s Club series is directed by Tola Odunsi and written by Dami Elebe. The series tells a story of four friends surrounded by women, their businesses, and the hassles in the city. This series simply focuses and reveals deep insight on how men think, as well as re-defining the opinions many have of young men in Lagos and its environs. The insightful plot and eye-opening tales captured beautifully, while these young men share their experiences from broken hearts to shaky friendships, and boys just trying to be boys. The series was officially premiered on July 22, 2020, with a firm promise to do much more than excite its teeming and sophisticated audience with the adventures of Nigerian men and how they navigate their mainly drama-filled tumultuous love lives. Bola Atta is Executive Director, REDTV and Group Director, Corporate Communication at UBA Plc, expressed delight in being able to “wear several hats” in her role at UBA, one of them being an Executive Producer for REDTV; emphasizing TV production as her passion.
