This was the highpoint of the messages preached in the three-Sundays event tagged Altars Vs Altars. The weekly Sunday evening programs organised by Dominion Impact Outreach at Igbogbo in Ikorodu Lagos, attraced different people, families and men of God who came to add and receive from the impactful messages.
Taking the scripture from
Ecclesiastes 10:5-8 “There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, as an error which proceedeth from the ruler. Folly is set in great dignity, and the rich sits in low places. I have servants upon horses and princes working as servants upon the earth (KJV). Another translation says, "There is another evil I have seen as I have watched the world go by, a sad situation concerning kings and rulers. For I have seen foolish men giving great authority and rich men not given their rightful place of dignity. I have even seen servants riding (on horses) while princes walk like servants (NLT)" , Pastor Bayo Adewole said that Christians and men and women need to take life more seriously and be spiritually sensitive, adding that the theme: ALTARS Vs ALTARS was designed to awaken not just christians on the need to understand the principles that control the earth but the working class and families as Success in Life is at the merdy of which Altar is backing one.
The guest minister, Pastor Olaniyi Emmanuel, spoke on the need for a man. A Christian, to have an altar (power backup) and that will make a difference when there are conflicts, clashes, or fights between two bodies, persons.
Emmanuel who told the congregation on his encounters having come from a family of prophets, himself the third generation of men of God in his household, noted that WORDS rule both in physical realm and spiritual realm. Every believer needs an altar. Altar is a place when humanity meets with divinity. Every family needs an altar. Every church needs an altar. Life is Spiritual Any man that wants to dominate in this realm. Without Spiritual power, you cannot achieve much in life," he preached
Pastor Olaniyi Emmanuel who is also an Area Youth Pasror in tne Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) emphasized on prevailing prayer and took the participants on different prayer and impactful points
He added thar,. "Life is a contest, if you have power, you can contest. Altar is a place of fellowship. To raise an altar, you must repent and have a broken heart; you need to release the force of Prayer. If you pray genuinely, you will TOUCH something on God.
REVELATION births".
The program ended with Praise and thanksgiving to God as participants like Pastor Adeyemi Adebowale testified of God's goodness having being part of the 3-Sundays power packed event.
