Solskjaer is aiming big after getting the Red Devils back into the Premier League top four.
United secured Champions League football on the last day of the season, following a 2-0 win at Leicester City that ensured they finished in third place.
Solskjaer has now handed Executive Vice-Chairman, Ed Woodward, his wish-list.
Jadon Sancho is United’s top target, although Borussia Dortmund are adamant he will not be sold for anything less than market value.
It is also believed Leicester City left-back, Ben Chilwell, is amongst the targets, which could lead to a transfer battle with Chelsea for his signature.
Although Solskjaer likes Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish, he is looking for a pure midfielder to play alongside Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes, meaning long-term target Donny van de Beek of Ajax could fit the bill.
Solskjaer splashed the cash last summer on Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, whilst the January arrival of Bruno Fernandes changed their season around.
